How much does a FlexBox office cost?

Current base pricing starts at $9,995 for the 20-foot office, $16,995 for the 40-foot high-cube office and $19,995 for the 40-foot high-cube two-office configuration. Optional upgrades and delivery are priced separately.

What is included in the standard FlexBox build?

The core concept includes a steel container shell converted for office use with a personnel door, windows, insulation, finished interior surfaces, modern flooring and electrical build-out. Selected HVAC and electrical upgrades can be configured on the page.

How much usable office space is inside?

The 20-foot format provides about 150 square feet of usable space. The 40-foot high-cube format provides about 310 square feet as one large office. The two-office layout is planned around approximately 150 square feet per office, about 300 square feet total.

Does CCG deliver FlexBox units?

CCG builds the office conversion in Central Texas and coordinates delivery through third-party delivery providers. Delivery and placement are quoted separately based on the destination and site requirements.

Can I request a custom FlexBox configuration?

Yes. Anything outside the published configurations can be discussed as a custom request, including alternate door, window, electrical and interior requirements.
